Camilla Pozza is a member of Carnelutti's Corporate and M&A/Private Equity departments. Her practice focuses mainly on domestic and cross-border transactions, commercial transactions and general corporate advisory.
She advises companies and private equity funds in the areas of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, asset deals, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and corporate governance.
Camilla graduated cum laude from the University degli Studi of Milan.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2017.
Of Italian mother tongue, Camilla is fluent in English and Spanish.
