Renata Ricotti is a Senior of Counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm. She is a member of the firm's tax department, where her practice focuses on Italian and international taxation, corporate tax and tax litigation.
She has been particularly active in assisting top management of industrial and commercial companies in reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions at both national and international levels. She has recently assisted multinationals in the field of electronics, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and clothing.
Renata has been a member of the Italian Bar of Dottori Commercialisti and of the National Chartered Accountants & Tax Experts' Society since 1986 and of AGN International (Accountants Global Network). She is also a member of Fondazione Marisa Bellisario, which supports women's entrepreneurship, a member of the ''Ready-for-board women'' (RFBW) project launched by PWA Milan (part of the European Professional Women's Network) and a member of Nedcommunity, the first Italian community of non executive and independent directors.
She holds board of directors and audit committee positions with several Italian and international companies.
Renata graduated with her degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from the University of Pavia in 1984.
She speaks English and French, in addition to her native Italian.
