Andrea Visentin is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department where his practice focuses on both litigation and extra-judicial issues related to corporate matters. Handling both local and cross-border M&A and private equity deals, he advises on ordinary and extraordinary transactions.
He has accrued relevant expertise in the fields of litigation and arbitration of company law disputes, with specific focus on issues of corporate law, banking law and bankruptcy law, by assisting SMEs as well as major banks and investment funds.
Prior to joining Carnelutti Law Firm, Andrea worked for leading Italian law firms.
Andrea graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 2006.
He also completed the postgraduate courses “Business Lawyer”, Il Sole 24 Ore Business School (2012), and “Financial Markets Law”, University of Milan (2015).
Andrea is fluent in English in addition to his native Italian.
