Nicola Cassinelli is of Counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department.
He deals with extraordinary corporate transactions and in general company law issues.
He has developed expertise in the field of liability of directors of listed companies, and in the aspects of their conflict of interest in intragroup operations and operations with related parties. He has also advised clients in the construction and drafting of shareholder agreements.
He has further advised clients in business contracting and provided assistance in relation to bankruptcy and banking law, both within a non-contentious framework and in judicial proceedings.
He is a member of the Bar Association in Genoa.
He is fluent in English and Spanish, in addition to his native Italian.
