She has a long-consolidated experience in protecting and managing IP rights, with particular focus on Media, Entertainment, Cinema & TV, Advertising, digital markets and tech assets.
She works with digital technology businesses, providing strategic and technical legal advice on digital content technology, protection of software, algorithms and data, user-generated creation and licensing, audiovisual works and content for cinema, television and media platforms, protection of property rights in judicial proceedings and national and international arbitration, advertising and branded entertainment, with particular focus on the forms of non-conventional web marketing.
She is an expert in financing and structuring national and international productions and co-productions, film, television and web production for production companies, broadcasters and companies organizing large live events.
She assists artists and entertainment personalities for the exploitation of their works through the web and new technologies, and for the protection of image and personality rights.
She is Vice President of the Control Committee of Italy's Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation (IAP).
She obtained an LL.M. in IP Law at King's College London (2003) and is lecturer and speaker in Masters and Conferences at the Luigi Bocconi University and at Il Sole 24Ore Business School.
Prior to joining Carnelutti, Elisabetta founded the Milalegal Ip law firm in 2012.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1994.
She is fluent in English in addition to her native Italian.
