Floriana Francesconi is Senior Partner of ICT Legal Consulting (ICTLC) and of Counsel to Carnelutti Law Firm.
Since the start of her professional career as a lawyer, Floriana has worked in the area of criminal law with specific reference to corporate crimes and work-related injuries.
Operating in the field of administrative liability under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, she implemented and developed her own approach when dealing with matters of liability and control measures, concerning development, management and organizational aspects.
She provides consultancy services to both listed and unlisted companies, private and public, with respect to the adoption of codes of ethics and conduct and the drafting of the relative Organization, Management and Control Models. She is a member of both collegial and monocratic Supervisory Boards.
She carries out consulting activities and gives data protection trainings to companies operating in various sectors including the engineering, services and pharmaceutical sectors, among others. In particular, she deals with data protection compliance, carrying out risk assessments and gap analyses aimed at the adoption of Data Protection Compliance Frameworks and related activities (action plans, procedures, documentation, etc.) pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.
Floriana provides legal advice to numerous private Italian companies active in various sectors following corporate and commercial issues, contracting, etc., from a prevalently managerial and employer's perspective.
She has a degree in Civil Procedural Law in the field of arbitration and acts as an arbitrator; Floriana is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Bologna Bar Association.
