Ilaria Andreozzi is a member of Carnelutti’s Tax department.
Her practice is centered on rendering national and international taxation and accounting advisory services. Specifically, she focuses on tax compliance, tax planning, and tax and accounting services for entities belonging to domestic and international corporate groups.
She has acquired significant experience and expertise in direct and indirect taxes; preparing tax returns and other reports involved in day-to-day business operations (including income tax returns, VAT returns, employers’ income certifications); monthly, quarterly reporting and application of national GAAPs and related taxation; accounting and tax due diligence activity.
Ilaria graduated in Business administration and corporate legislation from the Bocconi University of Milan in 2018.
She was admitted to the Milan Bar of Certified Public Accountants in 2020.
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.
