Laura Jannello is a member of Carnelutti’s Tax department.
Her practice focuses on tax and corporate advisory services to manufacturing and commercial companies. Her work translates into supporting the client in meeting tax requirements in the tax period, from preparing financial statements and supporting documentation, to calculating taxes and preparing relevant tax returns.
She couples advice on day-to-day business operations to non-routine tax services such as tax and corporate due diligence reports, analysis and preparation of transfer pricing files, support in applying for tax reliefs including: patent box, research and development tax credit, tax credit for advertising, energy tax credit, etc.
She achieved her BBA in 2010 and her Master’s degree in Business administration and corporate legislation in 2012, both from Bocconi University of Milan.
She was admitted to the Milan Bar of Certified Public Accountants in 2015 and in the Register of Auditors in 2016.
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.
