Marica Del Gaudio is a member of Carnelutti’s Family Business department.
Her practice focuses on judicial and non judicial matters involving civil law, commercial and corporate issues, representing Italian and foreign companies, including listed companies operating mainly in manufacturing. With respect to judicial matters, she also manages dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings, in the area of actions for liability against corporate bodies and compensation for damages, in addition to disputes involving insolvency matters.
She also handles ordinary commercial contract and corporate governance matters as well as extraordinary deals including debt restructuring and agreements to implement turnaround plans. She has acquired experience in AML regulations, corporate entities’ responsibility for crimes and organization models under Law no. 231, as well as occupational accidents, with a focus on the role and functions of company’s surveillance committees. She is also the member of surveillance committees under Law no. 231.
Before joining Carnelutti, Marica worked in the legal department of leading Italian companies, and at top tier boutique law firms.
Marica graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in 2013.
She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2017.
She is fluent in English, in addition to her native Italian.
