Massimo Vittorio Greco is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm's litigation department. With more than 35 years of experience, his practice focuses in advising corporates and financial institutions on civil, corporate, commercial and financial disputes as well as regulatory disputes brought by Italian financial and regulatory authorities; he has also handled criminal investigations.
Massimo has also gained considerable experience in regulatory arbitration matters (ICC Arbitration, Arbitration Rules of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration), particularly in corporate and commercial disputes.
In his career, Massimo worked for some major law firms; in 1998 was elected partner at an international law firm, where he led the Italian Litigation and Arbitration practice for ten years and from 2012 to 2017 was appointed co-managing partner of the Italian offices.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1985; qualified to plead before the Supreme Court in 2005; and Exempt European Lawyer, England and Wales in 2009. Of Italian mother tongue, he speaks English fluently.
