Roberta Valentini is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s administrative law department. Her specialist areas focus on building and town planning, telecoms, antitrust, regulations, commercial licensing/authorizations, as well as contracts for public works/services, utility contracts and agreements with government entities, her workload comprising both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Roberta has an impressive track-record in matters related to telecommunications, public tenders, land use and environment impact and extensive litigation experience.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at top Italian law firms, alongside Francesco Francica. Roberta graduated in 2004 from the University of Insubria under the tutelage of Professor Marco Sica (who subsequently invited her to join his law firm in Milan) and was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2009.
She is a native Italian speaker and she is fluent in English.
